I do not like Orange Tree Utility Company. The water has an awful taste and accordingly, we have to buy several gallons of drinking water a week. The gallon jugs are heavy and bulky. Water pressure could be better. Backflow pipes are flimsy and unsightly.

In addition, the bills are not itemized and records are poorly organized. The office manager is arrogant and abrasive. Customers are directed to make inquiries by email, but responses are not sent.

I sincerely think I would not have bought my house in Naples had I known about Orange Tree Utility Company. >

Orange Tree Utility is the worst utility company to deal with. They have no class nor tact about them. The office manager Kimberly is the worst class of human being you would ever want to deal with. I strongly urge Mr. Bolt and Mr. Lowitz to try and find a customer service class for her. I would never and I mean NEVER recommend anyone to buy a property which they service.
