To Whom It May Concern:I was an inpatient at PRMC from Mar.22 to Mar.25 for a GI Bleed. I have been hospitalized many times in my life and have never experienced the wonderful care and smooth operation of a hospital. I commend you and your staff on your value for putting the patient first. It is not so much like that in Ct. It seems our hospitals (although the care is wonderful) lean more for what kind of insurance do you have, before you are even evaluated. Your hospital was a very refreshing experience.

Allison on Aug. 8 2011 edit · delete I went to Physicians Regional today and received excellent care. The nurses and PA spent a lot of time with me and did everything they could in order to get me scheduled for surgery the same day. My nurse was thoughtful and took time to patiently answer my questions and also make good conversation to pass the time. The doctors were great and also made me feel comfortable. My recovery nurse was sweet and kind and my surgery nurse made me feel calm when she could tell I was nervous. Wonderful experience. Very pleased. They made the best out of what could have been a terrible day.
