Paducah, Kentucky – October 5th 2012 – Many experts agree increasing industrialization in developed countries will continue to push energy prices higher regardless of local factors in the North American market. As such, products that do more with less will become more valuable while these market trends continue.
For years, Ingram’s Water & Air has been promoting high efficiency HVAC systems like energy efficient air-source and geothermal heat pumps to offset rising prices. Geothermal and air-source heat pump systems use buried heat to operate at higher efficiencies than traditional air conditioning systems.
Recently, Daikin McQuay, one of the world’s largest HVAC manufacturers, released the SmartSource Inverter Geothermal Water Source Heat Pump. Combining geothermal heat pump operating principles with the latest technological innovations, this new McQuay product can operate at higher than 60 EER making it one of the most energy efficient HVAC systems in the world.
Given the SmartSource Inverter’s capabilities, Ingram’s Water & Air decided to adopt the product as soon as they were able. Today via the Ingram’s website, the McQuay SmartSource Inverter Geothermal Water Source Heat Pump is available in 3- and 4-ton capacities with optional features like a desuperheater, auxiliary heat kit, field-installed loop pump packages, or MERV filters designed to meet LEED EQ Credit 5 qualifications.
Ingram’s Water & Air is a family-owned heating and air company built around quality HVAC equipment, life-of-product technical support, and real customer service. They provide heating and air service in West Kentucky and maintain a prominent Internet presence.
