How to install Java 64-bit for Windows 7 cant find file

remember to run CMD as Administrator. Thats why it fails.
32 bit Java 7 will install just fine without administrator rights for the cmd prompt.
But 64 bit java requires administrator - likely because of modifications it has to make to the "Program Files" directory - adding AMD64 subdirectories and all... whereas on the x86 program files it doessn't care.
