Doing exercise has many benefits as it removes stress from the body, burn down the calories and hence control weight, and builds muscles. But it has some disadvantages too. It can be life-threatening decision for a person who is doing exercise more than enough. Especially in the gym, person in the beginning are so much pumped up to lose weight quickly or build muscles very soon (i.e., within short period); that they stop taking care of their body. Body needs energy to do exercise and if person is putting so much effort to do workout even if his body don’t have enough energy left, can put him into lots of trouble. It makes an individual run out of stamina.

A person may get dehydrated due to shortage of water and salt particles in his body. Body needs proteins and vitamins to get energy. If an individual’s body doesn’t have energy then there is no use of putting more efforts in doing exercise in the gym because it won’t make his body fit and healthy, in fact it will act to be harmful for his body. It can lead to bone fractures, insomnia, and/or other problems. The risks of arthritis and depression are also very high. Doing such kind of exercise can also cause change in behaviors. That is why a person must plan the time before he sets to do exercise because doing exercise beyond the requirements can make an individual feel depressed, irritable, and tired. There are also greater chances that he may get affected by many physical and emotional disorders which can trouble his personal life.
