28th July 2015, United States (http://www.bluepharmacyrx.net/): The ‘Annuals of Family Medicine’ in its July/August issue published survey (cross-sectional) results, which conveyed that Erectile dysfunction (ED) diagnosis should prompt detection of several other diseases like diabetes, cardiovascular disorders, hypertension etc. The tests finding suggested that ED should trigger a diabetes screening at least for the middle-aged males. While Kamagra tablets, known as cure for impotence do help men in its treatment, diabetes management requires a long-term therapy, making the screening a lot more important.
The possibility of early diagnosis can mean that the person would be treated soon and the risk factors could be observed by identifying the risks for cardiometabolic disease, which may have gone undiagnosed. This was the opinion of Sean C. Skeldon, MD, School of Population and Public Health, Centre for Health Services and Policy Research, the University of British Columbia, Canada, Vancouver and the colleagues. Using anti-impotence medicines may in turn affect health if serious diseases are left undetermined.
Evidence from surveys has suggested that past a decade, impotence has been an early marker cardiovascular disease. Many men do buy Kamagra online for speedy ED cure, but not all the consumers are aware that the reason for their suffering can be some other disease. Thus, the problem remains unsolved at large and the undiagnosed disorders are not managed in time. At a latter stage, the diseases can act terminal, when it comes to cardiovascular disorder. In these males, sudden cardiac arrests risk is higher.
The 2001 to 2014 National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey have rich information about ED’S relation with cardiometabolic risks are used for analysis. The participants were 20 years and elder. The analysis was done uniquely for impotence and undiagnosed hypercholesterolemia, diabetes and hypertension. The probability of diabetes was rated greater than double for males who had erectile dysfunction to those without the same, after adjustment of multivariate. 2.20 was the odds ratio, 95% as confidence interval to 1.10-4.37.
But, the findings could not establish impotence linkage to undiagnosed hypercholesterolemia or hypertension. The Caverta tablets taken by males with ED could interfere with health, if one had undiagnosed severe hypertension. Thus, many could not understand the side effects. But, after screening, the problem could be detected and linked to erectile dysfunction. These scenarios were more common in men aged 40 to 60 years than younger men. The sample for fasting glucose was taken from men with impotence and those having no ED.
The cases of undiagnosed diabetes in males suffering from the disorder were 11.5%, while the results for the other group were only 2.8%. The outcomes was much more dramatic for men in 40-59 age group (having impotence), displayed 19.1% with undiagnosed diabetes, while non-sufferers compounded to only 3.3% of undetected problem for insulin resistance. Unlike ED medicines like Penegra online, heart diseases and diabetes medication are not safe to purchase from internet pharmacies without doctor’s consultation.
The authors who wrote about the study were of the opinion that males who belong to middle age should undergo diabetes screening if faced with ED, and should be aware of the potential risk factors. Similarly, the doctors for these males should be cautious about health condition, sexual history and suggest important tests for the detection of diseases like diabetes, cardiovascular disorders etc.
