“The Boatshed is happy to offer week long school holiday programs held at Albert Park Lake. A taste of sailing for those thinking about participating in the Tackers Program! But best of all its fun, its liberating and its exhilarating. The Tackers Intro program ($65) is aimed at young children who want to learn about sailing and water safety. The goal of this program is to get children comfortable in small boats and introduce basic sailing concepts. Although participants will learn basic sailing skills, children will most likely not be able to sail on their own at the completion of this course. The Tackers Intro course is the first day of the Tackers course. If your child enjoys the Intro course they have a position secured for the rest of the week.
