A lawmaker in South Carolina pre-filed a restrictive bill on erectile dysfunction (ED) prescriptions. In opinion, the person said that goal of the bill is for raising awareness to abortion restrictions.

24th December 2015, United States, (http://www.bluepharmacyrx.net/): A lawmaker in South Carolina pre-filed a restrictive bill on erectile dysfunction (ED) prescriptions. In opinion, the person said that goal of the bill is for raising awareness to abortion restrictions. Mia McLeod (D) is a representative, who tweeted that here is the deal, you stay out of my uterus and women would then stay out of the bedroom. The Tweet post was done on December 11, 2015. The bill contains details that the doctor before prescribing ED pills such as Zenegra; he/she must take into considerations on the following checklist.

As per the bill details, the doctor must ask patient for notarized affidavit that includes consent of the person’s sexual partner about patient’s impotence symptoms past ninety days prior to the affidavit’s date. Thus, if the bill is passed, men seeking Forzest pills for treating ED need to have affirmation from one of their sexual partners of ED symptoms they countered in last three months. Otherwise, they are not eligible to get the tablets from pharmacy or any doctor.

The bill also contains a clause that the patient must be referred to a licensed sexual therapist by the State Board of Examiners in Psychology. The assessment of patient’s symptoms to ED, its causes is to be taken in a written report. The therapist must conclude that the person’s symptoms are not associated solely to single or more psychological factors to enable use of anti-impotence tablets. A cardiac test must be done, with its result obtained in writing stating the person’s heart condition being compatible to sexual activity.

The patient must be notified in writing about possible side effects and complications from consuming anti-ED drugs. The person must sign this form to acknowledge the receipt of notification. Though Zenegra tablets are among the safest impotence medication treatments, the bill is not intended to disregard the medicines, but to repel restrictive abortion laws, where woman has to fulfill several conditions before ensuring the safety of her health, which the men do not have to in case of impotence treatment.

In the bill, another clause is about attaining written statement observed by penalty of perjury. The statement must state that the medicine prescribed by doctor is to treat the person’s erectile dysfunction symptoms. This must also include doctor’s medical rationale as to why the prescription has been issued to the patient. On continued treatment, the patient has to go for a cardiac checkup after every 90 days. This is to note if the person is healthy enough to safely indulge in intercourse. The patients must be counseled about dangerous side effects to the medicine as well.

The counseling sessions must also involve sexual counseling about patient’s choice to embrace celibacy as a lifestyle choice. In her Facebook post, McLeod was of the opinion that the bill is intended to repeal restrictions on abortion, which must be a free choice for women as much as men are enjoying the rights to take anti-impotence medicines. Otherwise there are no such laws, which restrict men from seeking Forzest 20mg or relevant medicines for boost their sexual performance, and have a say about their body. But, woman seeking pregnancy termination cannot take control over her own body.
