1888 Press Release - The concept plane represents a revolutionary scheme in the make and use of aircraft, as Michael Tornabe discusses.
"The 2050 Concept Plane was debuted at the Paris Air Show in 2015, and it presents some pretty cool and unique design features. Perhaps the most striking of them all is a large panoramic roof that constitutes the frontal part of the plane", an excited Michael Tornabe began to explain to his audience in a recent meet up hosted for fellow transport network experts and technology enthusiasts.
"The roof may be made of a biopolymer, which would permit passengers in the plane to control the amount of light they want let into the cabin. Within the plane, also, passengers would have personalized zones containing high-definition holographic displays through which they can host meetings and even play a game of virtual golf. It is certainly something to look forward to."
The radical blueprints, described the patented inventor, present unique concepts of interior plane features that would transform flights into memorable experiences for passengers. A few more features he mentioned include:
• Configured wingspans - slimmer and longer wings to enable better gliding through the skies. The airflow on the surface of the wing reduces drag on the plane, improving efficiency. • Intelligent materials - Smart and lightweight materials will be used to build the aircraft. These materials can detect the load over them and make the aircraft lighter and hence more efficient to run. • New manufacturing methods - these will lessen the environmental impact and cost of aircraft manufacture, using more complex shapes and more advanced materials. • Engines - the aircraft will have quieter, more efficient and more reliable engines. The engines will be positioned on the rear side, semi-embedded into the aircraft to fully optimize it for lower fuel consumption. This will also reduce noise levels in the cabin for greater passenger comfort.
In finishing, Mr. Michael Tornabe reiterated his eagerness to see the unveiling of the first model of this airplane.
