Bread Stuffing
Yield: 4 sweet ones
Ingredients: 1 c Hot Water
4 c Dry Bread Cubes; -=OR=-
1 c Celery; chopped 1 c Turkey Broth
1 Onion, chopped 1/4 ts Black Pepper
2 tb Parsley Leaves, 3/4 ts Ground Sage
-freshly chopped 1/4 ts Dried Marjoram
1 cl Garlic, minced 1/2 ts Dried Thyme
Directions: Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Toss to mix well.
Stuff into a 10-pound turkey or four Cornish hens. Serves 4
