On January 14, over 500 people visited the Wildlife and Wildlands Art Show at Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park.
Local oil painters, watercolorists, photographers, and natural materials artists displayed their works for the community to enjoy. Over 500 people from eighteen different states along with local Floridians attended the 14th annual Wildlife and Wildlands Art Show. The event was presented by the Friends of Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park on January 14, 2012.
The State Park venue allowed attendees the chance to meet the artists as they walked through the maritime hammock picnic area along the beach. The natural beachside setting included 19 artists with their displays and booths. This show focused on the natural and cultural resources of Florida through artistic expression.
The Friends of Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park is funded solely by public contributions and does not receive federal grants. Your support as a partner at any event helps to ensure proceeds raised go to positive upgrades and improvements to the area’s most treasured beachfront park.
