The researchers then examined the relationship between the mother’s and children’s diets and their mental health symptoms and behaviors in the children aged 18 months to five years old.

16 september 2013 (http://www.kamagra.biz/):The researchers have revealed that mothers who eat junk food during pregnancy are more feasible to have children with mental health problems. The study gathered information regarding the mother’s diet throughout pregnancy and their children’s diet at both 18 months and 3 years of age.

The mothers were also questioned about their children’s diet when they were 18 months, 3 years and 5 years of age to establish symptoms of • Depression • Anxiety • Conduct disorder • Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)

The researchers then examined the relationship between the mother’s and children’s diets and their mental health symptoms and behaviors in the children aged 18 months to five years old. Results of the study also revealed that mothers who eat more unhealthy foods during pregnancy, such as refined cereals, sweet drinks, and salty foods have children with increased behavioral problems such as tantrums and aggression.

The findings also showed that, children who ate unhealthy foods in their first years of life, or who had absence of nutrient-rich food in their diet such as vegetables also show increased aggression and behavioral problems. They may also show symptoms of depression and anxiety. The new findings suggest that junk and unhealthy foods may have a very serious impact on the risk of mental health problems in children and the suggested that diet matters a lot to mental health right across the age spectrum.

The study also suggest that although there is no need to go on special diet during pregnancy, it is important to eat a variety of different foods every day to ensure both mother and baby get the right and adequate amount of nutrients.
