California's Abortion Information Laws Stir Protests from Religious Pregnancy Centers

But, why has it stirred trouble among religious pregnancy centers. It is because the mandate by the Reproductive FACT act wants them to inform that pregnancy termination is legally available in the state. The mentioned women care centers do not wish to propagate use of MTP Kit to end pregnancy, neither a vacuum aspiration, as these go against their religious stand of safeguarding life of the unborn.

However, the clinic does not encourage their clients to terminate their pregnancy, or get abortion pill online at their will even if the woman’s life is not in danger. But, the new law forces them to post information about medical and surgical termination services.
These centers are asking the government to strike down such laws or at least do not force them to encourage female to get pregnancy terminated by posting such details. The Pacific Justice Institute’s President, Brad Dacus says the law is like asking alcoholics anonymous group to leave a large signs telling people where they can get hold of alcohol and drink the same for free. Another clinic against such law is East Country Pregnancy Care Clinic at the outside of San Diego.
This center describes itself as non-profit, religious, free medical clinic, pro-life, being licensed by the State of California. Josh McClure is the executive director of the clinic but not a physician, but has employed medical advisers and doctors to speak to patients, who are all registered volunteers. The clinic nowhere ideates women to buy MTP Kit online to evict their fetus, but talks about choices like adoption or parenting positively, but states negative views on termination, and the risks it has on the mother.
Women coming to the clinic make appointments and some do walk in. The staff adviser meets them and takes them to medical professionals in the room who speak to visitor about their situations, and who were involved, and what they wish to think of their pregnancy, if affirmed. McClure said that the woman is informed about the negatives and positives of parenting, adoption, but discouraged against pregnancy termination. Then, they are taken for a free pregnancy test (in urine cup sample), and a free ultrasound, where the fetus image is enlarged so that the female can see the fetal parts completely.
When talking about pregnancy ending, the clinician states to women that this choice can increase risk to clinical depression & anxiety, suicidal thoughts & behavior, and breast cancer. However as per the American Psychological Association found that pregnancy termination a diverse amount of experiences, and cannot be cornered to any bias. Similarly, the National Cancer Institute has admonished the link between termination of fetus and breast cancer, meaning that women can buy abortion pill online safely for use without the fear of getting afflicted by the mentioned conditions.
Autumn Burke is one of the persons who have mandated the consent of every pregnancy center to sign this law, and represents the Inglewood in California Assembly. She says that many clinics are misinforming women that pregnancy termination is unsafe and talking about risks that are false. This is why it is necessary that women are correctly informed about their choices when pregnancy terminations are legal in the state, and that religious pregnancy centers are too clinics, responsible as professionals to make women know of what she can do with her pregnancy.
