People of today’s generation take lots of stress on their shoulders which creates further health issues for them. It is a physical response where a person feels upset and threatened due to getting under pressure when he is taking too much load on himself. It can be caused to a person due to reasons like- poor health, financial difficulties, job problems, traumatic situation caused due to certain unwanted events like death of close relative, poor health, and even family problems. There are many ways to deal with this problem:-
1. A person should look to have exercise regularly and daily. In a day, a person should make his heart to beat faster at least for 30 minutes. Swimming, running, cycling are some of the ways that can free the stress hormones from the body.
2. Having enough sleep in every 24 hours can remove stress from a person’s body by keeping relaxed. To have proper sleep, it’s important to make and follow the schedule of going to bed to sleep at same time and wake up at the same time every day. Mostly, adults need sleep of 8 hours whereas children and older people sleep of 9 hours.
3. Improving the eating habits by dividing the lunch and dinner in to at least 4 partitions to make feel person energetic and drinking enough water to feel dehydrated throughout the day. Person should avoid fast foods, alcohol, cigarettes, and tobacco.
4.Person must avoid to having negative thoughts, and must do meditation and yoga every day. Such activities can keep body and mind relaxed.
5. There are various stress management techniques and medications available which can be provided to the patient affected by stress by consulting doctor. Therapies such as- reflexology and aromatherapy are helpful.
