Strawberry Jelly
Yield: 5 1/2 cups
2 Envelopes unflavored gelatin 4 c Strawberries; hulled washed
1/2 c Lemon juice; -and strained
ds Of salt; Non-nutritive sweetener
1 tb Arrowroot; -equivalent to 4 cups sugar
Mix gelatin, lemon juice, salt, and arrowroot; add strawberries.
Boil, stirring constantly, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in
sweetener. Fill and seal jars.
