Hey all! Just a quick note. We're on http://sindice.com a "semantic web index", which seems to be what the Web 3.0 is all about.
If you look at:

You'll see that we've got almost 42,000 entries! Wowzer!
That means that the data from naplesplus is reusable in other web applications, and will, over time, be sharable in some form with the rest of humanity on the web through the use of semantic computer based parsing of data.

What's great about the semantic web is that is slowly eliminates or curtails the "ownership" of data. The people who collect and generate the data should have some ownership of the data for a time, but after a period, it should be shared with the rest of humanity. And being even a small part of this greater movement gives me chills. |
