Cheese and Rice Casserole Ada

Yield: 4 servings

2 1/2 c Brown rice;cooked 1 ts Dried dill;
3 Green onions; chopped 1/4 c Parmesan cheese; Grated
1 c Lowfat cottage cheese; 1/2 c Lowfat milk;

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Pour into a lightly oiled
casserole. Bake at 350 F for 15 to 20 minutes.
