Homemade Ice Cream Diabetic
Yield: 8 servings
13 oz Evaporated milk 1 tb Vanilla extract
2 tb Sugar replacement 3 Eggs(well beaten)
1 1/2 c Whole milk
Combine evaporated milk and sugar replacement. Beat well until sugar
is dissolved. Add whole milk and vanilla extract; beat well. Add
eggs; beat eggs into milk mixture vigorously. Pour into ice cream
maker. Freeze according to manufacturers directions. 1 serving = 1/2
