Naples! Raccoons in the attic!?

Here's a new thing that's been popping up a LOT lately here in Naples: "I've got raccoons in my attic!"
Now, we used to get a call for such a service MAYBE three or four times a year.
Usually the raccoons are
seen during the daytime
running across the rooftops at night
getting into the cat food / dog food / bird food
getting in the garbage
killing their chickens (it's an awful sight)oo
but over the past three weeks, we've taken care of EIGHT situations where a raccoon was poking its head out of the attic somewhere!
