MINECRAFT: Levi's Nightmare: Rules and Notes

Levi's Nightmare

You wake up amongst a pile of rubble with no knowledge of your identity. Written on a nametag on your dirty jacket is: Levi Insecttis. You are immediately repulsed by a vulgar aroma that surrounds the area. It turns your stomach. As you gaze over the land, you see that it is inexplicably pockmarked with blackened "spots." Overcome by a sense of fear and anxiety, you head out to find answers.



Rules:

-Play on easy, normal or hard.

-No destroying blocks.

-You may craft anything except levers, buttons, pressure plates and redstone torches.

-You may place blocks.

-"Notes" are found throughout the map, find and read them all if you hope to find the answers.

-Use the texture pack available with this download.

-Gold ingots are hidden inside the map. Try and find as many as you can.

They will be your score at the end.

Total ingots in map: 50

Tips:

-Traveling at night is dangerous, but you may see things that wouldn't have seen otherwise.

-You don't need to take everything from chests. Take only what you need.

-Gold ingots are not easy to find. Look around! Have Fun!!

Something weird is going on around my house. Black spots appear to be sprouting up inside and around my farm. My various attempts to remove them have failed. Not sure what to do. I can only hope they go away by themselves.

Introduced a new fertilizer to my shop. My own homemade blend. I makes crops grow twice as fast as normal. My first customer bought it today. An old guy full of energy. Seemed to really care about his crops. I hope the fertilizer works out for him.

Horrible day. The person that bought my new fertilizer, came back today. He was furious. Said I corrupted his house and killed his crops with my fertilizer. Apparently he has been feeling the effects of the "black spots" himself. When I tried to tell him that it wasn't possible it was me, that my fertilizer was introduced after the first signs of the "black spots" he brushed me off and stormed away.

I woke up to a weird sight today, some sort of black mold growing in my kitchen. I attempted to get rid of it but couldn't no matter how hard I tried. I also noticed that some are growing on the Jones' home.

Human lab has been completed. I now have to lure test subjects from Parside. Two men have answered an ad to work on building a mountain trail. After sedating them, I've pitted one against the other. Ultimately, both died.

Souls have been found in both subjects! Now that I know souls exist, I can begin to find out where they go.

Ancient books seem to talk about the possibility of entering another world through a man-made gateway. More research must be done.

It appears I was not the first one to investigate this idea. Thousands of years ago natives believed a gateway could be built to cross over into the spirit world. They never succefully built a portal, but believed it required the right material, dimensions and ignition. I will begin building a large room to begin testing different portals.

Of course! Flint and steel! Fire is the ignition. When I ignited the brick portal with flint and steel, something amazing happened. Unusual black-coloured spots erupted out of the frame. They seem to have spread throughout my house. This is inceredible! I am very close, all I need is the right material to complete the portal.
