The kind of lifestyle that we live and to which we are getting used to, is making things much faster than it has been ever before. One thing on this list is the very food that we eat. Streets are filled with eateries and food joints. In fact, they are placed within such a close proximity of each other that the roads are getting crowded by the number of people who subscribe to them. This shows the shift in our habits of eating. While such situations were a rare sight or phenomena in the past, they are growing in tendency these days.

At the same time, there is a constant rush that has been developed. We find that people are continually and rigorously on the move at all points of time. As a result of this nature of the situation, there seems to be a lack of available period for people to sit and have their meal. In such a circumstance, it is much more convenient to pick up some food from a nearby stall or setup, instead of spending time sitting and eating. Similarly, a lot of men and women find it problematic to make cook every day.

However, such eating habits are not very health and cause a lot of health problems. Also, all these kinds of foods are not very nutritious in nature and cause more harm than benefit.
